Delemere Forest in Cheshire was the venue for my next assault on the limits of Endurance. Ok, so it was only 6K but Codi put me through my paces. I took my hound to compete in her first race last Saturday. Cani-Cross is a sport where you wear a harness, tie your dog to the harness and ask your dog to pull you as fast as you can around the cross country course.
Codi and I finished 2nd in field of over 60 runners. Pictured above is the great Colin Jackson seen here competing at an earlier Cani-Cross event down South last year.

Water damage can cause molds, it can be found everywhere; they are microscopic organisms that produce enzymes that digest organic matter to reproduce spores. They are part of the fungi family; it also includes yeast and mildews.
